After Dinner
This is what I actually had for dinner:
- 2 1/2 cups of Broccoli Chicken - 5 points
- 1/2 patty of Shrimp Foo Young - 2 points
- 1 cup egg flower soup - 1 point
- 1 cup nonfat milk - 2 points
*Food was way too good. I have a hard time believing the points are right. I got the point values from the WW Dining Out Companion. I don't feel overly stuffed though like I usually do after Chinese food. I feel satisfied. Food was very salty though which can't be a good thing.

So which Chinese restaurant did you go to? You did awesome! I just can't stay that good while eating Chinese. It's something I have to specifically save my WP's for.
P.S. And totally off topic, Brodhi is such a cute name!
We just ordered out from a little restaurant around here called Chinese Garden.
