Yesterday at my WW meeting, Lisa (my leader) handed out a sheet for us to fill out. There are 11 weeks until the new year. We had to make our own personal goal to accomplish by then. This is mine.

Blog Description
I have joined Weight Watchers [WW] for the 3rd time. They say the 3rd time's a charm, so let's hope it is. The 1st time was when Tyler was 5 months old (Jan '07). The weight just fell off (probably because I was nursing). The more I lost the better I felt. I was happier than I'd ever been. I got married that August and decided to not follow WW on my honeymoon. Once I stopped, I couldn't get back on track and gained all the weight back plus some. So in Jan '08, I started again. This time though, It only lasted for 3 weeks because I found out I was pregnant with Bo. Bo is now here and I am ready to get back on track. This blog will document my results, struggles and hopefully be an incentive to stick with it.
My Weight Loss Mini-goals/Milestones
- 229, first 10 lbs
- 218, weight before 2nd pregnancy
- 216, 10% of my body weight
- 214, first 25 lbs gone
- 200, last time I will ever be in the 200's again
- 196, weight at my wedding
- 189, 50 lbs gone
- 188, weight I was my senior year of high school
- 184, lowest weight from previous WW experiences
- 167, weight from my early 20's
- 164, 75 lbs gone
- 150, weight my drivers license has said since I was 16
- 145, ultimate personal goal (94 lbs gone!)

- I am a wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt & friend. Tyler (2) is my little terror (seriously... he terrorizes me all day long every day). Bodhi (0) is the newest addition to our family born on September 26th. Reilly (5) is my step-daughter who lives with us full time. Tabitha (18) is my other step-daughter who we don't see too often. And last but not least, Jeff is my husband.
